NOW SEEKING: Architectural Review Committee Lead

Hidden Forest Estates is looking for a dedicated volunteer to serve as our ARC Lead. This critical role involves reviewing ARC form submittals, ensuring builder compliance with our guidelines, and helping maintain alignment with Deed Restrictions.

The ARC Lead plays a vital part in keeping our development sites clean, orderly, and safe for our families—especially our children.

Builder Guidelines have been established and filed as of September 3rd, 2024.

IF YOU PLAN TO BUILD A HOME OR MOVE IN A MOBILE HOME YOU MUST FIRST:
1) Contact the Architectural Review Committee at [email protected]
2) Complete an Architectural Request Form. Your application must be approved before any work is performed on the lot. Approval can take up to 30 days to approve.
3) You must comply with the ARC guidelines of Hidden Forest Estates
4) If you do not comply with the aforementioned requirements, your new construction and or mobile home will be removed or halted until requirements are met and approved.
5) If installing a culvert, please fill out this form.
5) There is a Title Transfer fee of $375 per lot. Membership Dues and Association Fees are non-transferable.

Aqua Texas Update:

Our administration has been actively engaged with Aqua, and we are excited to share the latest updates regarding our infrastructure. Lately, we've noticed surveyors working diligently across our community, both on the ground and in the sky. These efforts are a crucial step in establishing a more robust water system for Hidden Forest Estates.
 
Aqua has committed to a series of enhancements that will significantly benefit our community. Notably, they will be enhancing our existing water plant and embarking on the construction of a new facility at the southern end of Hickory Drive. This dual approach aims to amplify water capacity and bolster reliability throughout our community.
 
Furthermore, Aqua is at the initial stages of outlining an ambitious plan to replace the water mains that serve our community. This all-encompassing initiative includes the essential task of upgrading the mains in proximity to the new water plant. By undertaking this comprehensive project, Aqua is dedicated to elevating the level of service and dependability experienced by our residents.
 
We recognize the magnitude of this endeavor, which is no small feat. Yet, it is a necessary and overdue advancement that will tangibly enhance our water system's dependability. The anticipated completion of these improvements is slated for the conclusion of 2024.
 
We extend our gratitude for your ongoing support and understanding as we undertake these essential enhancements. As developments continue to unfold, we pledge to keep you well-informed about Aqua's progress on this project.
